These terms apply to text messages sent by Nightbell Systems, a service of RAD Dad Tech, owned and operated by David Fontenot in McComb, Mississippi.

1. Program description. By opting in via our website form, by texting us first, or by providing written consent, you agree to receive SMS messages from Nightbell Systems, which may include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiries, and occasional service updates.
2. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
3. Fees. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
4. Opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
5. Help. Reply HELP or contact [email protected] or 601-800-6235.
6. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use all our services without opting in to SMS.
7. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
